Start by joining Girls Inc. Online as a guest. Then, fill out the application form: 

1. You should fill out the 1st page, called Applicant Information. Make sure to include your full name, address, birthday and e-mail.

2. Give the Parent/Guardian Information form to a parent or guardian.

3. Have the Third Party form signed by a teacher, school counselor, principal, other school official or Notary Public. This form cannot be signed by a parent, grandparent, sibling or other relative.

4. Mail or fax your application to Girls Inc.! If you have any other questions or trouble with the downloads, please e–mail us at [email protected]

Then, be sure to check email for a message from Girls Inc. Online with your username and instructions on setting up your personal password! We can’t wait to welcome you to Girls Inc. Online!
